Bone density measurement
The Bone density measurement (Osteodensitometry) is a diagnostic procedure for determining bone density and is therefore a key component in the early detection and follow-up of bone diseases such as osteoporosis.
As a rule, the measurement is performed using the DXA method (dual-X-ray absorptiometry), in which the stability of the bone is analyzed with a very low radiation exposure.
The goal is to detect the individual fracture risk early and initiate targeted therapy.
Areas of application
- Early detection and follow-up of osteoporosis
- Assessment of the individual fracture risk
- Monitoring in existing bone diseases
- Therapeutic monitoring under medical treatment
- Preventive examination in case of increased risk (e.g., age, hormonal changes)
Advantages for patients

Early detection
The examination makes it possible to detect changes in bone density early – often before the first symptoms or fractures occur.

Quick and easy
The measurement takes only a few minutes, is painless, and requires no special preparation.

Low radiation exposure
Compared to conventional X-ray examinations, the radiation exposure is very low.

Individual therapy planning
The results provide a solid foundation for targeted and individually tailored treatment.

Course control
Therapies that have already begun can be objectively monitored and adjusted if necessary.
Digital gait analysis
The Digital gait analysis is a modern diagnostic procedure for the precise examination of the movement patterns during walking and running.
Using sensors, pressure gauges, or camera-based systems, step sequences, load distribution, and movement patterns are captured and analyzed in detail.
The goal is to identify potential overload situations early and to prescribe targeted, individual therapy.
Areas of application
- Analysis of postural abnormalities (e.g., feet, knees, hips)
- Complaints when walking or running
- Back pain caused by overexertion
- Sports medicine performance diagnostics
- Supply and optimization of deposits
- Follow-up check after injuries or operations
Advantages for patients

Precise analysis
The digital analysis provides objective and detailed data on the movement patterns that are not visible to the naked eye.

Early detection of overload situations
Even small deviations in gait patterns can be identified before they lead to more serious problems.

Individual therapy planning
The results enable precise treatment – for example through targeted exercises or orthopedic aids.

Pain reduction
By correcting misloads, discomfort can be alleviated in a sustainable way.

Course control
Therapeutic success can be objectively measured and documented, allowing for targeted adjustments to be made.
